Actions resulting from FFT feedback
Here are some of things we have changed about the surgery as a result of feedback received via the FFT survey.
You Said, We Listened, We Improved.
We regularly review feedback from our Friends and Family Test (FFT) to understand what matters to our patients and where we can improve.
📞 You said:
It can be difficult to get through to the practice when the telephone lines are very busy.
✅ We did:
We have improved our telephone system to help us manage busy periods more effectively.
The new system allows us to:
· Monitor the number of calls coming into the practice and identify periods of high demand.
· Keep track of the telephone queue in real time.
· Offer patients the option to request a call back rather than waiting on the phone.
· Move additional staff to answer calls when demand is particularly high.
· Make better use of staff time by allowing them to carry out administrative work when telephone demand is lower.
This means we can respond more effectively during busy periods, while making sure our staff time is used efficiently throughout the day.
Your feedback makes a difference. Thank you to everyone who takes the time to share their experience with us. We will continue to listen, review your feedback and look for ways to improve our services.
