Repeat Prescriptions

Please note that repeat prescriptions take 48 hours to process. Repeat prescriptions should be requested by ticking the item(s) required on the tear off side of your prescription.

Housebound and elderly patients may order their prescriptions over the telephone.

You may also order your repeat prescription online via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple registration prior to using the system.

 

We are now using Electonic Prescribing to send your prescription direct to your chosen pharmacy ask your pharmacist to sign you up or speak to reception for any help

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
